From £70 to £80 (high season) prices are per room, per night based on two sharing and include a full cooked breakfast.

Methods of payment
To make a reservation a deposit of £50.00 (per room) is required to secure your booking, payable in the form of a personal cheque to ‘Bay House’. The remaining balance due may be paid in either cash or cheque (along with a bankers card that covers the full amount payable). Credit/debit cards are not accepted
Cancellation policy
We respectfully remind guests that by making a booking either verbally, by email or in writing that you are entering into a legal contract of which both parties must honour. For a refund of the whole of your deposit a full 28 days notice will be required.
For cancellations after the above mentioned period a partial refund (with a deduction of £15.00 for administration costs) may be available depending on if I am able to re-let your room for the full duration of your booking. If for any reason you have to foreshorten your stay you will be liable for the full cost of the booking. We strongly recommend you arrange holiday insurance to cover your cancellation or any unforeseen eventualities.
Parking arrangements
There are some parking spaces outside Bay House, but spaces are limited. The nearest car park to Bay House is the Rectory Field Car Park on the adjacent Southcliffe Terrace, which is situated a level two minute walk away. The parking rates are very reasonable and a weekly parking rate is also available.
