Information
Bay House offers three Comfortable contemporary rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with either king size beds or a super king bed. Bay House is open from April to October.
Tariff per night is:
£75.00 - £80.00 in low season April (except Easter) & October
£80.00 - £90.00 Easter, May, June, July, August & September
All prices quoted are on a per room, per night basis based on two guests sharing a room and includes a full breakfast.
Discounts may be available depending on the duration of your stay.

Methods of payment
Payment is accepted with a valid debit/credit card or by cash
No additional charges will apply to debit cards.
Please note that use of a credit card however, will incur an additional charge of 2% per transaction. All transactions will be processed in pounds stirling (GBP). Payments by cheque are no longer accepted.
Deposit
Rooms may be reserved by a credit/debit card payment as follows:
£85.00 for up to a 2 night stay and £100.00 to £150.00 for a 3-6 night stay. For 7 nights or more a deposit of 50% of the total balance would be required.
Please note that deposits made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Arrival & Departure times
Rooms are available from : 3pm - 7pm on your day of arrival. Should you arrive in Tenby earlier in the day we will be happy for you to leave your luggage at reception until your room has been prepared for you. If you plan to arrive later than 7pm in the evening or are delayed on the day I should be grateful if you would contact me.
On the morning of your departure : departure is at 10.30am. If you plan to leave Tenby later in the day for your convenience you may leave your luggage at reception and collect it later.
Terms & Conditions
- During Bank Holidays and high season a minimum stay of three nights would be required
- Please note that prices are per room, per night and therefore we are not usually able to offer single occupancy rates
- I do not generally accept single night reservations
- Sorry I cannot accommodate pets, with the exception of guide dogs by prior arrangement
- Smoking is not permitted in any area of Bay House
- With regret our accommodation at Bay House is unsuitable for children
- The facilities at Bay House are solely for the use of our paying guests
- Guests are advised to read the cancellation policy prior to making a reservation. Please see details of the cancellation policy below.
- If due to any unforeseen circumstances it should become necessary for Bay House to have to cancel your stay, notification will be made as soon as possible and a full refund will be forwarded of any monies paid to Bay House. We do not accept any further liability for this event.
At the time of booking you are entering into a legally binding contract with Bay House. In the event that you should have to cancel or foreshorten your reservation for any reason within 28 days of your planned arrival date and I am unable to re-let the room, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking. Confirmation of your cancellation would be required in writing. I advise you to take out travel insurance to cover the possibility of you having to either cancel or foreshorten your stay.
Parking arrangements
There are some parking spaces outside Bay House, but spaces are very limited. The nearest car park to Bay House is 'the Rectory Field car park' on the adjacent Southcliffe Terrace, situated a level two minutes walk away from Bay House. The rates there are very reasonable and a weekly parking rate is also available. Please ask for details.
